Questions & answers
Everything you were about to ask.
Straight answers on how the service works, consultations, shipping, billing, and privacy. Looking for NAD+ specifics? Those live on the NAD+ page.
The basics
Start a consultation through our secure intake. A licensed provider reviews your information and, if appropriate, prescribes a personalized NAD+ protocol that is compounded and shipped discreetly to your door.
NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use for energy metabolism and repair. Our provider-guided NAD+ protocol is designed to support energy and vitality for women, and is only prescribed when a licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate for you.
Atelier Protocol serves patients in states where our licensed providers are able to practice. Availability is confirmed during intake.
Protocols are offered on recurring plans so your care continues without gaps. You can manage, pause, or cancel in coordination with your provider at any time.
Consultations & providers
A licensed provider reviews the information you share during your consultation. Nothing is prescribed automatically — treatment is only offered when it is clinically appropriate.
Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider based on your health history, current medications, and goals — not by age alone. If a protocol is not appropriate for you, you will not be prescribed one.
No. The consultation is completed online through our secure intake. A licensed provider reviews your information remotely.
Yes. Your care team stays available to answer questions and adjust your protocol as your routine settles in.
Shipping & discretion
Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Your care, and the fact that you have it, stays yours.
Plan on provider review within about 24–72 hours, pharmacy preparation of roughly 2–4 days, and delivery about 2–4 business days after fulfillment (typically via UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air). Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weekends, holidays, prescription clarification, inventory, weather, or carrier delays.
Protocols are prepared by licensed US compounding pharmacies when prescribed. Your dispensing pharmacy provides handling and storage instructions with your order.
The Pharmacy Hub, 15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C, Miami, FL 33169. Phone: (888) 958-1382. Website: https://thepharmacyhub.com. Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Pharmacy Hub states that it is licensed by state boards of pharmacy nationwide and supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 states. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations, prescribing requirements, and dispensing restrictions.
Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.
No. Submitting intake and payment does not guarantee approval or shipment. Orders involving prescription medication are only fulfilled after a provider reviews your information and determines treatment is medically appropriate.
Billing & payments
No insurance is required to begin a consultation. You will see clear pricing before you check out through intake, with no hidden fees.
You can pay with major cards and eligible HSA/FSA cards. Buy-now-pay-later options — Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay — may be available at checkout.
Yes. You can manage, pause, or update your protocol through your account and in coordination with your provider at any time.
A cancellation request must be submitted before clinical review or fulfillment begins, and because information may be routed quickly to a provider and pharmacy, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once a provider has begun review, a prescription has been issued or transmitted, or the pharmacy has started preparing your order, it may no longer be cancellable.
Healthcare services, clinical review, pharmacy services, and prescription medications are time-sensitive and patient-specific, so charges are generally nonrefundable once the relevant service has been performed or fulfillment has begun, except where required by law. If a licensed provider determines you are not medically eligible for treatment, your order is canceled and refunded.
For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused once they leave the dispensing pharmacy, even if unopened. Do not mail medication back to us — contact the dispensing pharmacy for disposal instructions.
Safety & medications
No. The service is not for emergency or urgent care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek in-person care immediately. If you are in crisis or contemplating self-harm, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Call 911 or seek emergency care immediately for trouble breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat; severe chest pain; fainting; seizure; sudden weakness or confusion; signs of a severe allergic reaction; or any other severe or rapidly worsening symptom.
No. Compounded drugs are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, quality, or labeling of compounded drugs before they are marketed. A provider may prescribe a compounded medication when they determine it is clinically appropriate for you. The clinical evidence supporting many promoted uses of compounded NAD+ is limited, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Discuss all medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, and prior reactions before beginning or continuing NAD+ therapy — including if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Use medication only as prescribed and follow the label and pharmacy instructions.
